Client Demographics and Initial Assessment - CMIS allows you to capture an unlimited number of data elements on each of your clients. The system's integrated relational database exemplifies the word "flexibility." Once basic client demographic information is collected, clinicians can easily collect information to assess each client's problems. Data is captured one time and is passed automatically to other clinical parts of the system. Custom reports can be pre-defined by the agency or quickly and easily created by using various PC software packages such as Microsoft Access®.
