Our friendly and knowledgeable support staff are just a phone call away at WilData. It is nice to know that someone is there to answer your questions and concerns after the ink is dry on the contract. We pride ourselves on the high quality support that we have offered our clients for over 25 years now.

If a problem needs a higher level of attention, you can talk to the systems analysts/programmers that designed the CMIS/e-CMIS software. They know the system inside and out including the integrated relational database file structure.

We offer telephone support as well as on-line via the Internet so our help desk people can see first hand how to correct a problem, quickly and efficiently. Operator manuals and guides further help you to resolve a problem even faster.

In addition to help desk support, we at WilData are constantly adding new enhancements and increased functionality in the CMIS/e-CMIS software. We actively listen to the ever changing needs in the behavioral healthcare industry and react to these demands with new power in the system. These enhancements are available immediately to our e-CMIS users and easily downloaded for our in-house users.
